This is my newly discovered snack... Absolutely delicious and really low in calories and fat! Really simple to put together and super yummy.
Ingredients call for- (most in image below)
- 2 Caramel rice cakes (quaker)
- Caramel syrup (fat free)
- Whipped topping (i used whipped cream... i didn't have the topping)
- A medium banana
- Dry roasted peanuts (bag not shown)
Assemble your two rice cakes as the base
spread an even amount of whipped topping
slice up the banana in disks evenly between each cake
drizzle caramel syrup over bananas
and sprinkly a few peanuts on top.
Hope you enjoy this little recipe, with just two it's a really good snack if you don't quite want to make a whole meal, and if you crave that sweet fix this is the perfect treat without feeling too guilty of over doing it.
